It is with great sadness to hear of Marie’s passing. It only seems like yesterday that we were always visiting with our families while growing up in the Hydrostone area. She was well loved and will always be dearly missed. I hope to continue to keep in touch with your family .
With great sadness and understanding love from your friend, Wanda Lee Carroll

Dear Arthur & family: I was so sorry to read of Theresa’s death. She was such a sweet, gentle lady & I always enjoyed my few visits with her. Please know that you’re in my thoughts & prayers at this time.

It was very saddened to read of your mom’s passing in today’s paper. Last time I spoke to Wayne he mentioned that she was not doing well but none the less it was still a shock to see her photo and read the lovely obituary. Your mother was a wonderful soul who always had a smile on her face whenever I would pop in for a visit on Stairs Pl. She always seemed so genuinely happy to see me which made me feel so welcome. That was a long time ago but is still very fresh in my mind. Growing up on on Kane St across from your home it was a wonder how she kept all 8 of you under control but that’s what a strong woman does 🙂 there are many fond memories of your mom floating around in my head at the moment but her photo in the paper says it all….she exuded warmth and caring for others and you can see that by the smile on her face. may God bless you in this time of sorrow and may your mom’s soul rest in peace. Rejoice in the fact that she is now with Brian and her siblings enjoying the love and warmth of our saviour Jesus Christ. take care,

Dear Art and family, I was sorry to hear about the passing of Therese. I will always remember her while growing up on Stairs Place . She was a great neighbor, I’ll remember her smile, great laugh and yes her french accent. At times like this it is difficult to come up with words that express sympathy and the more you try the harder it is. I know it is a great loss for you in particular. But at times like this take great pride and find strength in your wonderful family. I,m sure you and all the family will rely on each other to get through this. Art you Doreen, Loretta, Bruce, Carol, Wayne, Gary and Kevin are in my thoughts and prayers.
