We were so sorry to hear about the passing of our Aunt/Great Aunt Betty. Our visits to each other were few but memorable. We remember Betty as a person who was joyful, caring and with a smile that would lite up any room. Her ability to tell a story in reference to any topic or event was priceless to listen to. We will always remember her tours of Sydney, pointing out the important locations, such as A&W, Bingo Hall, Butterscotch Palace and of course Tartan Downs. Betty you left us unexpectedly and we are deeply saddened and have no doubt that you will be missed by many. We know you are now with your parents and two brothers sitting around a kitchen table, using your special approach to keep Bo & Rodney in line.. until we meet again.
Rest in Peace Betty

There comes a time that a name will open a vault of memories .
Betty’s name certainly did this for our family.
34 years ago Betty’s mom and our Mom were in the same hospital room in Sydney. Sadly they both passed away.
Through Betty’s own grief she and John Hugh were a huge source of comfort to our family. She & John left an indelible mark on our family .
The Campbell family from Bateston offer our deepest condolences to John and the rest of Betty’s family and many friends. RIP Betty thank you for your kindness shown to us all those years ago.
So sorry to hear this sad news,,, spent many years bowling with Betty and John Hugh, loved them both, sincere condolences to John Hugh, their families and their many dear friends,,,
