The family of Roger Redmond regret to announce his passing on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at home.
Born on May 21, 1953, Roger was the son of the late Howard and Mable (Coiffie) Redmond.
Roger is survived by his wife, Barbara (Rowe) Redmond; sons, Roger and Ryan; chosen daughter, Lorianne Dyer; grandchildren, Cynthia, Brennon, Emily, and Lexi; bonus sons, Dennis (Diane) and Darryl (Krystina) Hartigan; sisters, Joyce O’Neill, Cheryl Redmond, and Arlene Redmond; bonus grandchildren, Destiny, Lawrence, Ricky and Kelly; as well as four great-grandchildren.
Besides his parents, Roger was predeceased by his brother, Winston and wife, Debbie (Johnson).
Special thanks to the Canadian Red Cross, M.A.I.D, Palliative Care and The Inspired COPD Outreach Program, who have gone above and beyond to make my last months easier.
Special thanks to the Pier Community Funeral Home for their excellent care of Roger.
