It is with deep sadness and broken hearts that we, the family announce the sudden and peaceful passing of our beloved sister, Jean, Age 82, on Saturday, February 12, 2022, in Florida, where she lived most of her life.
Formally from Whitney Pier, Jean was the daughter to the late Thomas and Jeanette Clarke.
Jean was a diamond in the sand and loved her family dearly. She is now reunited with her husband, Herb.
Jean will be missed very much by her brother, Paul (Ann); sisters, Catherine (Kevan) and Thomasina; along with many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents and her husband, Jean is predeceased by her sister, Ollie; and loving brother-in-law, Jack.
A special thank you to her first cousin, who was more like a sister, Pier girl, Loraine (Malinowski) and her husband, Leon Irwin, residing in Florida, for their love in looking after Jean up to her passing.
Jean will be peacefully laid to rest in the state of Florida.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care and direction of Pier Community Funeral Home.
We know now heaven is a beautiful place because they have our beloved sister.
