It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of James Derek Binns on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at home. 

Born on October 19, 1961 in Sydney, James was the son of James and Jeanette (Reid) Binns.

James is survived by his wife, Laurie; son, Tyler (Dawn); daughter, Teagan (Josh) and grandchildren,  Camden and Raelyn. He is also survived by brother, Dana (Nancy) and sister, Tanya (Kenny). James will also be missed by his nieces and nephews.

By Jame's request, there will be no visitation or service.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care and direction of Pier Community Funeral Home.
