Besides her parents, Judy was predeceased by her sister, Grace Mercer and brother, Tommy Mercer.

Visitation and memorial service to celebrate the life of Judith ‘Judy’ Elaine Mercer will be held at Pier Community Funeral Home, 1092 Victoria Rd. (entrance on Church Street) on Saturday, Sept. 6, 2014. A gathering of family and friends will take place from 12-1 p.m. with service to follow at 1 p.m. in the All Faith Chapel.
