We the family, regret to announce the passing of Gina Louise, age 50, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital on Friday, March 26, 2010.
Born in Sydney, she was the daughter of the late Nick and Sylvia (Petten) Magliaro.
Gina is survived by her brother, Nick (Karen); sisters, Anna (Tom), Maureen and Valerie (Robert); stepmother, Janette Magliaro (Lloyd); nephews, Kenny (Brandy) and Nicholas; nieces, Bailey and Sophia; and long time friend, Willie Curran
There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. Funeral Service to celebrate Gina’s life will be held at Pier Community Funeral Home, Whitney Pier, 1092 Victoria Rd. (entrance on Church Street) on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at 2 p.m. in the All Faith Chapel with Fr. Errol MacDonald officiating. A reception will be held following the service in the funeral home reception area. Interment will take place in Forest Haven Memorial Gardens, Sydney.
Donations in Gina’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care and direction of Pier Community Funeral Home.
