He will also be sadly missed by his one and only granddaughter, Emily Kate; brother, John; sisters, Margaret and Bridget; and his uncle, Sam.
Besides his parents, Pat was predeceased by his twin brother, Dennis and his sister, Catherine.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. A celebration of Pat’s life will take place on Saturday, August 1, at Holy Redeemer Church at 11 a.m. with Father Errol MacDonald officiating. Many thanks to Dr. Greg Myatt, Janice Black and also to everyone in the palliative care unit: Dr. Ann Frances D’Intino, Dr. John Ritter and Dr. Lisa Gillis, and the nursing staff, who all treated Pat with compassion and kindness, as if he were one of their own.
